Vegan BAKED Tandoori Tofu
  • tofu
  • ginger garlic paste
  • yogurt
  • lemon juice
  • garam masala
  • red chili powder
  • cumin powder
  • coriander powder
  • tandoori masala
  • salt
  • Red beet food coloring
  • onion
  • lime
  • bell peppe



  1. Start by pressing your tofu to remove all the moisture - you need to do this step if you want crispy tofu
  2. Cut your tofu into small cubes and transfer to a bowl
  3. In a bowl, add the remaining ingredients (minus the onions and bell pepper). Mix well to ensure everything is completely combined.
  4. Add the cut tofu and mix until all the tofu is covered in the tandoori mixture.
  5. Marinate for 5-6 hours or overnight (best is overnight)
  6. When you’re ready to bake, Preheat the oven to 425º and line a baking sheet with nonstick parchment paper

  7. Start assembling your skewers by adding a combination of tofu, cubed onion, and cubed bell peppers

  8. Transfer the skewers to the baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes
  9. Squeeze a lime over the tofu and serve immediately
