In a hot pan, add the ginger and garlic - sauté for 30 seconds and then add the broccoli slaw and mushrooms - sauté for 2 minutes
add the tamari, rice vinegar, hoisin, and chili paste - sauté for 4-5 minutes
add the green onions and sauté for an additional 2 minutes
remove the pan from heat and set aside
begin boiling water in your steamer and get the steamer insert ready with parchment paper by cutting out a half moon (fit for the insert).
Start stuffing your dumplings - wet your index finger and wet the edges of the gyoza wrapper, put roughly 1 tsp of filling in the center and tightly close the dumpling (folding inward down the middle).- make sure you press down the edges to ensure they're closed tight
To make the dumpling design, hold your left thumb down on the corner edge of the wrapper and using your right thumb, fold the edge of the wrapper towards your left thumb.
Fill the remaining dumplings and transfer to steamer insert
